1. The Florida Seafood Festival Stay ‘N Style Sweepstakes is open only to individuals twenty-five (25) years of age or older at the time of entry. Employees of Resort Vacation Properties, immediate family (spouse, parents, siblings and children) and household members of any employee are not eligible. Likewise, members of the Board of Directors of the Florida Seafood Festival and their Immediate families are not eligible.
2. Participation in the Seafood Festival Stay ‘N Style Sweepstakes constitutes entrant's full and unconditional agreement to and acceptance of these Terms and Conditions and the decisions of Sponsor, which are final and binding.
3. This prize is nontransferable and non-refundable and must be accepted as awarded. No cash or other substitution may be made, except by Sponsor, who reserves the right to substitute a prize in whole or in part with another prize of equal or greater value if the prize is not available for any reason as determined by Sponsors in their sole discretion.
